Chod Practice Meditation with Yamajit
Chod Practice Meditation with Yamajit
Chod is a traditional meditation practice within Tibetan Buddhism. Chod means to “Cut” or “Sever” the ego. This practice allows one to release one’s self from the negative effects of ego attachments. Culturally, we are conditioned to fear and repress the Shadow side of our psyche. In this guided meditation practice, the participant transforms the Shadow by first honoring it. This ritual/class is presented as a guided meditation and is an adapted traditional practice devoted to the Tibetan Dark Goddess Troma Nagmo.
